Over the years, I have lost a lot of weight and that has been amazing!! The only downside is, that it's not for everyone. But for most of my life fitness was one of my main priorities and it became so much easier when we started to lose weight. Nowadays exercising doesn't make me feel bad about myself or it makes me feel like a queen. It's not just how I look in the mirror, but what my self-worth is.

I want others to find something similar to myself. So here are some tips on how to lose weight (or how to gain it) without going insane. When I first started out, I thought if you ate healthily and exercised regularly then you wouldn't be losing any weight. However as time went by, some people started questioning their diets. Sometimes it wasn't even eating healthy at all, sometimes it was just drinking sodas that are high in sugar. This isn't healthy, especially if your metabolism hasn't been regulated. Then there's also the case of people who don't believe in diet pills. These people are looking to lose a ton of weight, so they give up on things like exercise or proper nutrition. Plus, why even bother with workouts when you can just start with simple cardio? Even though that seems crazy or ridiculous you know that it's true! You will love it if you lose a few pounds while working out every day and it could become your go-to way to get rid of that extra ten to fifteen pounds every month. Some days I don't work out, but I do watch YouTube videos and follow along on Instagram where I get inspired.

If you're having trouble deciding between exercise and making healthy choices, give this method a try. No matter what kind of fitness you do the majority of them is related to exercise or nutrition.

Get into a gym and get a personal trainer or coach to train you. They usually work hard to teach you exercises and nutrition advice so make sure you check these before signing up. If you're really struggling, always remember, that you're trying only to lose fat. Not muscle mass, which can actually end up creating issues down the road if you're used to it. Remember that the best part about training with a personal trainer or coach is that you can see what works and what doesn't. After you've made an appointment, make sure you wear comfortable clothes. It also helps you focus on what you need to improve on, and the best part... you get to exercise with other people! Try working out with groups of friends who have the same goals and then join online classes together.

So, my final piece of advice is to talk to someone who can help you when you're feeling sad or tired. By talking to someone you can come to terms with it. As long as you're willing to learn more about yourself you'll be able to stay motivated and achieve your goal! So, take advantage of the knowledge you acquire and use it to help yourself.



You might be wondering why it's important to focus on your fitness and your health. My reasons are so many people often forget that their health is also very important. That can make you feel guilty because you work hard every day to lose weight but you're not getting the results you expect. So you need to put your mindset back into gear and realize that if you're doing everything right and you're still not seeing the results then you aren't doing anything right. It's not like you won't see progress after you lose ten to fifteen pounds. Just keep reminding yourself constantly that that's temporary, you know that it will come in time and it's okay now. Trust me, when you're trying to lose weight don't beat yourself up or stop. Do whatever you can to stay committed to your fitness. Whether that means a new workout routine or taking out the trash. Whatever you chose to do, be smart. If you have a friend/family member doing a certain type of exercise you can ask them if they'd like you to do it as well. Or try joining workout classes and doing what you're told. There are plenty of free resources out there so ask around for classes and help to motivate yourself to reach your fitness goals!
